Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with pre-qualified buyers and sellers • Conduct home showings and open houses • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes • Convert warm leads into closed transactions • Use proven systems and scripts to streamline your workflow • Stay updated on Richmond real estate market trends • Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to maximize conversions Qualifications: • Active Virginia Real Estate License (required) • Experience in residential real estate sales preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships • Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales tools • Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven • Full-time availability Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
