Real Estate Sales Agent - Entry-Level
Real estate gets talked about as flexible. High earning. Entrepreneurial. What doesn’t get talked about enough is how hard the first year can be without the right foundation. At Colorado Property Group, we don’t believe in throwing new agents into the deep end and hoping they figure it out. We believe in teaching the business, building confidence through action, and surrounding people with structure that actually supports growth. This role is built for people in Southwest Colorado who are exploring a career in real estate or actively working toward their license and want a clear, intentional path forward. What This Role Looks Like You start with a plan • From your first week, you’ll follow a defined training and onboarding process designed to help you understand the business, develop daily discipline, and build momentum early. You’re coached, not left guessing • You’ll work closely with leadership and experienced agents who are invested in your success. You’ll get feedback, direction, and accountability as you learn. You gain real experience quickly • You won’t be waiting months to practice. You’ll work with real buyers and sellers early so you can apply what you’re learning in real time. The systems are already built • We provide the tools, technology, marketing support, and transaction infrastructure so you can focus on becoming a great agent instead of reinventing the wheel. You join a team with standards • We operate with a strong sense of community and responsibility. We expect professionalism, effort, and integrity — and we support each other at a high level. Compensation This is a commission-based position with performance-based growth. Your income reflects your commitment and consistency. Agents who follow our systems and stay engaged build careers that are both sustainable and rewarding.
