Our full time agents that follow the system and utilize the training routinely make $80,000- $200,000. Our top agents exceed $250,000 per year. We're hiring both newly licensed agents and experienced agents who are tired of being a number at their current brokerage. Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Self-motivation and drive • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Past sales experience is preferred • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $90,000 - $250,000 yearly
