    Position Overview This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned agent who enjoys managing listings, coordinating details, and negotiating offers — without the need to prospect for new business. You’ll oversee the process of getting each property market-ready, live on the MLS, and under contract. The position is fully remote and flexible, but you’ll need to be responsive — most activity happens during evenings and weekends. Expect to handle approximately 5–15 residential listings each month. Compensation This role is commission-only. Listing Agents earn 1% of the list price for each deal that successfully closes. There are no set working hours — your success depends on responsiveness, communication, and execution. Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities • Organize and oversee property photos, signage, and access logistics • Ensure documents are properly executed and notarized (e.g., POA, disclosures) • Enter and manage listings through flat-fee MLS broker platforms • Communicate with buyers, agents, and title companies throughout the process • Schedule and confirm showings, tracking activity, and feedback • Work with our acquisitions team to review, negotiate, and finalize offers • Maintain clear records and timely updates on every active deal Qualifications: What You Bring • Active real estate license in at least one U.S. state • 3+ years of residential real estate experience (listings or transactions) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Availability to respond promptly to internal and external parties • Ability to manage multiple listings efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $40,000 - $150,000 yearly
