Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Qualifications: • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Self-motivation and drive • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Tech savvy • Great communication and social skills Compensation: $70,000 - $190,000 yearly
