Responsibilities: • Prospect daily through company leads and personal contacts to generate new business • Build strong client relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline of transactions • Guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process with professionalism • Conduct buyer consultations, listing presentations, showings, and open houses • Negotiate offers and contracts to align with client goals • Manage all transaction paperwork and ensure smooth closings • Track performance, stay accountable to business goals, and pursue continuous growth Qualifications: • Full-time commitment (40+ hours/week) • High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred • Active Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 90 days • Reliable transportation • Competitive, income-driven mindset • Thrives in structured environments; open to coaching and accountability • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • People-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry • Willing to self-assess and pursue continuous improvement • Comfortable following proven scripts and dialogues • Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies Compensation: $100,000 yearly at plan commission
