Responsibilities: • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with excellence. • Leverage our advanced technology to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Greenville area. • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support at every stage. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive sales. • Stay informed about market trends and local developments to offer clients the most up-to-date insights. • Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in the best possible light. • Negotiate offers and contracts with confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes for our clients and our team alike.
