Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently What We Ask of You: • Experience: At least a year in Real Estate sales, or a gross sales volume exceeding $2 million in the past year • Tech-Savvy: Openness to learning new systems, tools, and technologies • Communication: Must excel in both verbal and written communication • Drive: Exceptional organizational and time management skills Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000+ at plan commission
