Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Follow up with team-provided and self-generated leads • Conduct buyer and seller consultations using team systems • Manage clients from consultation to close • Track pipeline and maintain database communication • Prospect consistently to build a personal business Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Show good organizational and time management skills • Self-motivation and drive • Great communication and social skills • Active California Real Estate License • Full-time commitment mindset • Strong communication skills • Coachable and growth-oriented Compensation: $125,000 - $350,000 yearly
