Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Guide sellers through every step of the listing process, from consultation to close • Provide expert pricing strategies backed by local market data and recent sales trends • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and cooperating agents to ensure smooth, professional transactions • Review and organize property disclosures, reports, and contracts for accuracy and compliance with the help of the admin staff • Host open houses and coordinate showings to maximize property exposure and buyer interest • Market listings across multiple channels—including MLS, social media, and email—to reach the right buyers with the help of admin staff • Provide clients with regular updates on market conditions, showing activity, and feedback • Offer strategic advice during negotiations to help clients achieve top-dollar results • Adapt sales strategies to align with each seller’s timeline, goals, and level of involvement • Communicate clearly and consistently to keep clients informed and confident throughout the process • Participate in ongoing training and planning to stay sharp and aligned with team goals Qualifications: • Past sales experience is preferred • Tech savvy • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Show good organizational and time management skills • A valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License (or actively working toward obtaining one) • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—both are required to meet with clients and attend appointments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport • A client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering top-notch service • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client needs simultaneously • Consistent and timely communication with clients, teammates, and cooperating agents • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, yet thrives in a collaborative team environment • Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies and systems that support efficiency and growth • A positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude is essential to success in this role Compensation: $120,000 at plan commission
