Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Guide homeowners through the selling process with clarity and confidence • Provide accurate pricing insight using current market data • Build meaningful client relationships built on trust & education • Strategize and negotiate to help sellers achieve great results • Work closely with our admin + marketing team to maximize listing exposure • Communicate consistently to ensure a smooth, calm, informed client experience • Stay engaged in training, masterminds, and skill-building • Follow up and cultivate relationships to grow your career Qualifications: What You’ll Bring • Wisconsin Real Estate License (or actively pursuing) • Reliable transportation • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills • Tech-comfortable and eager to learn • Organized, driven, and proactive • A positive and solutions-based mindset • Commitment to serving clients at the highest level • A track record of self-motivation and follow-through Compensation: $120,000 at plan commission
