Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Building genuine, long-term relationships with buyers and sellers • Guiding clients through each step of the process with clarity, patience, and care • Showing homes and hosting open houses in a professional, welcoming way • Preparing, reviewing, and explaining offers so clients feel informed and confident • Helping clients understand timelines, inspections, and what to expect next • Staying connected through thoughtful, consistent communication Qualifications: What You’ll Need • A Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license (or the commitment to obtain one) • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license • Clear, thoughtful communication and strong follow-through • Comfort using simple, organized tools like CRM systems, MLS, and DocuSign Compensation: $120,000+ at plan commission
