Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work with team-provided leads while also actively generating your own career • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication • Host open houses and proactively engage your database • Guide clients through buying and selling with confidence and care • Support team members and ensure client needs are met—even outside traditional hours when needed • Follow and leverage our proven systems while bringing your own initiative and drive Qualifications: • Licensed Real Estate Agent • 2+ years experience in the real estate industry Compensation: $85,000 + Commission Based
