Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process • Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices • Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations • Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants • Show properties to interested buyers or tenants • Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients Qualifications: • Great communication and social skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivation and drive • Technology driven • Valid real estate license in the state of Florida • Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations • Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven sales experience with a track record of success • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
