Deliver an amazing experience on every transaction and keep that trust. You won't be building systems from scratch. You'll be executing proven systems that already work. You'll have full support—transaction coordinator, showing assistant, marketing team, and editor. You stay focused on what matters: clients, deals, and closing. Responsibilities: This isn't a typical agent role - think account executive. Your responsibilities: • Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract to close • Conduct showings, coordinate inspections, and manage the appraisal process • Keep clients informed and confident throughout the transaction • Handle day-to-day client communication and problem-solving • Work with our transaction coordinator to keep deals on track • Build strong relationships with clients (they see you as an extension of our brand) • Become a specialist in listing presentations and seller experience What you WON'T do: • Cold calling or dealing with leads who don't respect our team • Final negotiation strategy on major issues (team leader steps back in) • Transaction paperwork (our TC handles this) • Listing data entry • Marketing or social media (our marketing team handles this) • Scheduling every showing (our showing assistant supports you) Your job is simple: Be exceptional with clients in the middle of the process. Keep deals moving. Communicate clearly. Solve problems proactively. Make clients feel taken care of. Qualifications: Requirements • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Minimum 2 years transaction experience (buyer or seller side) • 20+ deals closed in your career (you understand the full process) - can be as a support role (i.e., TC) • Excellent communicator - You return calls/texts quickly, keep clients informed, and explain things clearly • Client-focused - You genuinely enjoy working with people • Detail-oriented - Nothing falls through the cracks • Tech-comfortable - CRM, DocuSign, MLS experience • Team player - You value collaboration and support • Coachable - Open to feedback and learning our systems Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 yearly
