Responsibilities: • Commit to ongoing learning, skill development, and personal growth in order to confidently guide clients through the real estate process • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first conversation to closing • Set appointments, conduct buyer consultations, show homes, and host open houses • Consistently work to build and maintain a strong pipeline of active business • Contribute positively to the team culture and uphold the standards of the organization • Build strong relationships through professionalism, communication, and excellent people skills • Bring energy, coachability, and a strong work ethic to daily activities and team expectations • Execute consistently with the systems, standards, and accountability expectations of the team Qualifications: • Licensed and active • Coachable, consistent, and wants a team environment • Comfortable with follow-up, scripts, and tracking numbers Compensation: $75,000 minimum commission plan
