Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough market research to assess property values in Fort Lauderdale, FL. • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery. • Offer tailored solutions to buyers and sellers, guiding them towards achieving their real estate objectives effectively. • Skillfully negotiate contracts and terms of sale to benefit all parties involved. • Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices for informed decision-making. • Engage in daily conversations and demonstrate a dedicated commitment to personal and professional growth. Qualifications: • Must hold an active Florida Real Estate License to be eligible for this position. • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales, working with both buyers and sellers, is required. • A High School diploma or GED is a necessary educational qualification. • The ideal candidate should have a highly motivated mindset, be eager to learn, and possess a Growth Mindset. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team culture while also being self-motivated and resourceful is essential. • Passion for sales and building strong relationships with clients is a must. • Strong negotiation skills are required, being a fierce and smart negotiator. • Comfortable with failure and committed to learning from it, demonstrating the ability to own the outcome. • Unquestioned integrity and a commitment to ethical behavior towards clients, colleagues, and the company are fundamental qualities required.
