The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, working with qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Qualify the incoming leads with quick response times. • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system for continuing to work with them over the life cycle. • Attend in-person meetings on Wednesdays and Google Meet meetings on Fridays. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of real estate experience in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. • Must possess a real estate license. • A recent college graduate familiar with the area might be considered without the experience requirement. Compensation: $150,000+
