You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service • Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Real-estate license or pursuing required • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the State of Utah with a proven track record of compliance and ethical conduct • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in real estate sales as a Buyer's agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A consistent and verifiable sales record is highly desirable • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders is vital for success in this role • Customer Service: A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Must be responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations • Networking Skills: Strong networking abilities and the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals • Self-motivated: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take the initiative. Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Professional Appearance and Demeanor: Presentable and professional in appearance with excellent interpersonal skills • Continued Education: Willingness to stay informed about industry regulations, best practices, and participate in ongoing professional development • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends. The ability to provide informed advice to clients and stay updated on market changes is crucial • Valid Driver's License and Car: Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings • Must be able to work full-time in the industry Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
