Qualifications: • Active real estate license in North Carolina or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a focus on client relationship building. • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful deal closures. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with the Raleigh-Cary, NC real estate market and local property values. • Proficiency in using CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through training sessions and mentorship programs. Compensation: $155,000 - $194,000 yearly
