Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work directly with motivated home buyers and sellers who are ready to transactDeliver a five-star real estate client experience from first appointment to closing • Use EmpowerHome’s advanced real estate CRM and lead management toolsHost strategic, well-marketed open houses to convert quality prospects into clients • Build strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat real estate business Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or currently in the process of obtaining one) • Seeking a full-time real estate sales career with a commitment to production and growth • Strong communication, client service, and relationship-building skills with buyers and sellers • Coachable, organized, and motivated to grow as a real estate professional • Comfortable using CRM systems, real estate technology, and digital communication tools Compensation: $150,000+ commission based
