Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Work directly with motivated buyers and sellers who are ready to transact • Deliver a five-star client experience from first appointment to closing • Use EmpowerHome’s advanced CRM and lead management tools to stay organized • Host strategic, well-marketed open houses to convert quality leads into clients • Build strong relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or currently in progress) • Full-time availability and a commitment to production • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable, organized, and motivated to grow professionally Compensation: $150,000+ commission based
