Many of our agents earn $95k–$125k annually, and we’re looking for driven sales professionals who want to grow with us and make a meaningful impact in the San Antonio community. What You’ll Do • Prospect for and follow up with buyers and sellers • Convert inbound leads into appointments and agreements • Conduct buyer and seller consultations • Analyze client needs and goals • Provide high-level fiduciary service from first contact through closing • Coordinate with transaction support for smooth closings • Develop expert knowledge of: • Mortgage financing • Local neighborhoods and schools • Homeownership and market conditions • Effectively negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers Areas We Serve We’re seeking agents who live in or want to work in: • Bexar County • Comal County • Guadalupe County • Kendall County Responsibilities: • Prospect for buyers and sellers • Convert incoming leads • Hold buyer and seller consultation appointments • Present and secure buyer and listing agreements • Manage contracts through accepted offers Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Active Texas Real Estate License (If not licensed yet, you may still apply- must be able to complete the 180-hour Texas licensing requirement) • Basic understanding of CRMs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 yearly
