Responsibilities: • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive • Tech savvy • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Organized and manages time effectively • Past sales experience is preferred • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Technology driven • Great communication and social skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • A successful and proven sales history is preferred Compensation: $100,000+ Commission
