As a Real Estate Agent Mentor, you will provide guidance, support, and practical advice to new and developing agents within our mentorship program. You will help shape their skills, industry knowledge, and confidence to excel in real estate sales and client management. Responsibilities: • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Coach and guide mentees through real estate processes, sales techniques, and client relations • Share proven strategies and industry best practices • Offer constructive feedback and motivation to mentees • Monitor mentee progress and provide tailored advice • Help mentees set and achieve realistic goals Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Self-motivation and drive • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Technology driven • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $55,000
