Responsibilities: • Work leads from 15+ sources (vendors, open houses, past clients, sphere, internet). • Build relationships (60%+ of business from referrals). • Deliver client service with full support: listing & transaction coordination, negotiation help, courier, vacation coverage. • Stay top-of-mind with our 50+ touch marketing system. • Grow with daily huddles, weekly training, coaching, and shadowing. Qualifications: • Active licensed sales agent. • Driven, coachable, and client-focused. • Strong follow-through in a fast-paced environment. • Committed team player adopting proven systems. Compensation: $75,000 - $140,000+ yearly
