Responsibilities: • Manage and nurture incoming buyer and seller leads with consistency and care • Conduct property showings, attend inspections, and guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction • Provide clear and timely communication with clients, team members, and industry partners • Maintain and update CRM with detailed lead notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline progress • Collaborate with team members to problem-solve, share insights, and support shared goals • Stay current with market trends, inventory, and local housing data to educate and advise clients effectively • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and coaching opportunities for continuous growth • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, client service, and ethical business practices in all interactions Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Organized and manages time effectively • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. Great communication and social skills Compensation: $144,500 yearly at plan earnings
