Responsibilities: • Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions • Provide expert guidance to clients through the home buying and selling process • Educate clients about local housing market trends, pricing strategies, and transaction timelines • Prepare and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing documents • Participate in open houses, showings, listing appointments, and client consultations • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and leads • Collaborate with our in-house team and preferred partners to ensure a seamless transaction • Utilize CRM and marketing tools to manage leads and grow your business pipeline Qualifications: • Active California Real Estate License required • Proven track record in real estate sales preferred (1+ year experience) • Strong knowledge of the local market (El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Cameron Park, and surrounding areas) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational abilities • Tech-savvy and comfortable using real estate tools and CRM systems • Professional, client-first mindset with a passion for real estate Compensation: Potential $100,000+ Commission Only
