Let’s build the next level of your real estate business, together Responsibilities: • Work pre-qualified leads and conduct buyer and seller consultations • Host open houses and private showings for listings in your assigned areas • Prepare and present comparative market analyses and pricing strategies • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from contract to close • Leverage our CRM (Lofty), IDX website, and integrated tools to track and follow up with leads • Collaborate with listing coordinators, transaction coordinators, and our media team to streamline the client experience • Attend daily role-play, weekly training, and coaching sessions to sharpen skills • Represent FAM Realty Group with professionalism, confidence, and service-first energy in every interaction Qualifications: • Active California real estate license • Minimum 3 closed transactions preferred • Strong communication and client relationship skills • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage time and pipeline effectively • Tech-comfortable, especially with CRM systems, Google Suite, and mobile tools • Open to coaching, role-play, and skill development • Reliable transportation and the ability to be in the field for showings and appointments • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow personally and professionally Compensation: $125,000 yearly
