Responsibilities: • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Oversee the entire sales process from listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction for clients. • Leverage your local market knowledge to guide clients through their home search and provide valuable insights about communities. • Actively prospect and develop new leads to grow your career within the specific geographies we serve. • Deliver top-tier service by building strong relationships with clients and becoming their trusted advisor for repeat and referral business. • Stay in consistent contact with leads to nurture opportunities and convert them into successful sales. Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Show good organizational and time management skills • Great communication and social skills • Past sales experience is preferred • Technology driven • A proven record of sales experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is your drive and determination. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively. • Tech-savvy and proficient in using modern tools and platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Compensation: $65,000 - $105,000
