Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities • Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently • Conduct buyer and seller consultations • Show homes and attend listing appointments • Write and negotiate contracts • Manage transactions from contract to close alongside operations support • Host open houses and prospect for new business opportunities • Maintain accurate CRM and database communication • Build and nurture relationships within your pipeline • Participate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessions • Deliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction process • Work collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate Is: • Licensed real estate agent (active license required) • Self-motivated and highly accountable • Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism • Coachable and open to feedback • Comfortable with lead follow-up and sales conversations • Organized and detail-oriented • Driven by goals, growth, and performance • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused • Team-oriented while still highly independent in execution • Experience • Real estate experience preferred but not required for the right candidate • Strong work ethic and attitude matter more than ego or years in the business Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
