Responsibilities: • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client goals and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction • Follow up with leads provided to you in a timely, consistent manner using our systems and tools • Show homes, schedule property tours, and guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process • Stay informed on local market trends, neighborhoods, and housing inventory to provide value to clients • Write and negotiate purchase agreements, manage key deadlines, and help ensure a smooth closing • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and fellow agents to support long-term success and referrals Qualifications: • Active Pennsylvania real estate license (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework) • Strong communication and client service skills • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to follow up consistently with leads • Sales experience preferred, but not required if you're coachable and hungry to learn • Able to manage your time well and work independently in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $25,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
