Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Salesperson on The Rubin Team, you will: • Build and Maintain Relationships : Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, offer expert guidance, and nurture relationships for long-term success. • Provide Exceptional Service : Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Manhattan. You’ll be their trusted advisor from start to finish. • Market Insights & Negotiation: Stay ahead of market trends and use your local knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights. Be the go-to expert for pricing, negotiations, and property value assessments. • Support & Resources: Take advantage of our marketing support, CRM systems, and administrative resources to maximize your productivity and success. • Lead Follow-Up & Prospecting: Follow up on leads, engage potential clients, and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Real Estate License : A valid New York State Real Estate License is required. • Experience : Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. Whether you’re new to real estate or an experienced agent, if you have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you. • Local Knowledge : Familiarity with Manhattan’s neighborhoods is a plus, but not required. We’ll help you learn the ins and outs of the city! • Tech-Savvy : You should be comfortable using technology to manage listings, transactions, and communication with clients. • Strong Work Ethic : You’re self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks at once. Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly
