Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Salesperson on The Rubin Team, you will: • Build and Maintain Relationships : Work closely with clients to understand their real estate needs, offer expert guidance, and nurture relationships for long-term success. • Provide Exceptional Service : Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Manhattan. You’ll be their trusted advisor from start to finish. • Market Insights & Negotiation: Stay ahead of market trends and use your local knowledge to provide clients with valuable insights. Be the go-to expert for pricing, negotiations, and property value assessments. • Support & Resources: Take advantage of our marketing support, CRM systems, and administrative resources to maximize your productivity and success. • Lead Follow-Up & Prospecting: Follow up on leads, engage potential clients, and build a robust pipeline of business opportunities. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships. • Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the buying or selling process. • Proven track record of staying informed about market trends and leveraging local knowledge to offer clients valuable insights. • Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients and secure favorable terms. • Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing tools to manage leads and maximize productivity. • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly convey information and build trust with clients and colleagues.
