We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our real estate team. The Inside Sales Agent will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for our team of real estate agents. As the first point of contact for many of our leads, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by generating new opportunities and setting qualified appointments for our agents. This is a full-time, hybrid role ideal for someone who is skilled at building relationships, comfortable with cold calling, and has a strong interest in the real estate industry. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to engage potential clients and identify prospective leads • Follow-Up: Manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing and following up with them regularly to build trust and rapport • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for our real estate agents to conduct further consultations with potential clients • CRM Management: Input and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system, tracking all interactions and ensuring consistent follow-up • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and neighborhood developments to speak knowledgeably with leads • Collaboration: Work closely with team agents to ensure seamless handoffs and effective follow-up after appointments are set Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years in an inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service role, preferably in a real estate or related field • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads concurrently, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system • Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and communication platforms like Zoom, Slack, or similar • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively to meet goals • Experience with cold calling, handling objections, and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment • Open to feedback and willing to adjust strategies based on team needs and market feedback • Focused on achieving KPIs to directly contribute to team success Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually
