You’ll be responsible for converting opportunities, managing your pipeline, and delivering a strong client experience from first contact to close. We provide the structure, systems, and support. Your role is to execute and follow through. Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management • Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently • Manage daily communication and follow-up within CRM • Convert conversations into appointments and signed clients Client Experience & Sales Execution • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand client needs • Show homes, host open houses, and guide clients through the process • Present offers, negotiate terms, and manage deals through closing Database & Relationship Building • Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat and referral business • Stay in consistent communication with your database • Proactively generate additional business beyond team-provided leads Accountability & Activity • Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, follow-up, appointments) • Track performance and pipeline metrics Qualifications: • Active Michigan Real Estate License OR actively working toward obtaining one • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions at once • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment Compensation: $94,000
