Qualifications: Who We're Looking For Our team is looking for an agent who is a leader and deeply committed to serving clients with integrity, expertise, and compassion with the utmost level of care. • Active and unrestricted real estate license • Minimum of 1 year sales experience, ideally with closed transactions, or related real estate experience • A trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process. • A proven track record of winning clients over, closing deals, and earning referral business. • Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills • Applies technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly commission based
