Job Type: • Full-Time • Flexible Schedule Benefits: • Group Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Professional development and job coaching • No added fees or desk fees • Agent incentive programs Responsibilities: • Utilize our proven systems and tools to effectively contact and follow up with leads. • Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial situations. • Educate clients on the home-buying process and the current state of the real estate market. • Schedule and conduct property showings for potential buyers. • Provide clients with comprehensive information on each property, including its features, neighborhood, and market value. Qualifications: License/Certification: • Wisconsin Real Estate License in good standing or willing to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate License promptly. • Wisconsin Driver’s License in good standing. Job Qualifications: • Self-directed, ambitious, and driven to succeed. • Willing to attend regular coaching sessions, participate in team meetings, team events, and community events. • Driven to build relationships within the community and with clients. • Effective communication skills, comfortable making daily calls and speaking on the phone. • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology and systems. • Prior customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $250,000 at plan earnings
