As a Real Estate Agent on our team, you’ll work with buyers and sellers, manage client relationships, and follow a clear roadmap for building a consistent pipeline. You’ll be supported by experienced leadership, in-house marketing, operations, and transaction coordination so you can focus on conversations, appointments, and closings. Applicants must live in Contra Costa or Solano County. We operate out of two offices: Hercules and Fairfield. Responsibilities: • Work with both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process • Build and manage a personal pipeline using team systems and follow-up processes • Conduct client consultations to understand goals, timelines, and strategies • Schedule and attend appointments, showings, and listing meetings as needed • Educate clients on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County • Write and negotiate offers and agreements in collaboration with leadership • Coordinate with lenders, escrow, and transaction coordination for smooth closings • Participate in training, roleplay, and accountability meetings Qualifications: • Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining one • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable and open to following a structured system • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment • Interest in growing skills on both buyer and seller sides • Must live in Contra Costa or Solano County and be familiar with the local market • Professional, organized, and accountable Compensation: $133,500
