Responsibilities: • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Close real estate sales • Sales scripts • Execute appointments • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: • Real estate license requiredCommission opportunity • Superb communication • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Past sales experience is preferred • Organized and manages time effectively Compensation: $95,000 - $195,000 yearly
