Responsibilities: • Respond to and nurture inbound real estate leads from Zillow and other partner platforms • Conduct in-person buyer consultations, property showings, and listing appointments • Use Compass CRM and team systems to track leads, update statuses, and manage follow-ups • Collaborate with our in-house marketing and transaction team to deliver a seamless client experience • Attend weekly training sessions and team huddles focused on sales performance and strategic growth • Represent the MPH Team brand with professionalism, confidence, and high standards in the Fort Lauderdale area Qualifications: • Active Florida real estate license • Minimum of 2 years of residential real estate experience with at least 5 closings • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling buyer/seller objections • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using real estate CRM, digital contracts, and virtual showing tools • Emotionally mature, self-motivated, and driven to scale your production • Willingness to work evenings/weekends based on client needs • Team-first mindset: We grow together, and we win together Compensation: $120,000 – $250,000
