Responsibilities: What you’ll do (the work that actually drives income) • Convert opportunities into clients using a proven follow-up cadence (calls/text/email + modern CRM discipline) • Run buyer and seller consultations that feel confident, organized, and client-first (not pushy) • Provide hyper-local guidance on neighborhoods, schools, lifestyle, and market dynamics (with integrity) • Build and manage a pipeline (daily lead generation + relationship nurturing) • Guide clients through the full transaction: pricing strategy, prep, marketing, offer strategy, negotiation, inspections, and closing • Deliver Ritz-Carlton service : anticipatory communication, clean handoffs, and “no surprises” on execution • Collaborate with the team on listings, showings, open houses, buyer home searches, and events when needed Qualifications: • Licensed NJ real estate salesperson (required) • Coachable, competitive, and consistent (you value opportunities to enhance your skills and feedback) • Strong communicator: concise, warm, confident, and professional • Tech-forward: comfortable with CRMs, digital paperwork, and learning new tools quickly. (Bonus if you already use systems like Compass tools) • Organized: you run your calendar instead of your calendar running you • Relationship-driven: you can create trust fast and keep it for years Compensation: $20,000 – $250,000+
