Qualifications: • Active Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey real estate license • Minimum $1M in closed real estate sales • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Goal-oriented with a growth mindset • Willingness to leverage systems, tools, and team support • A collaborative attitude aligned with our team values Compensation: $100,000
