Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Real Estate License: Possess a valid Virginia Real Estate License, or are in the process of obtaining one. • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Motivated and Ambitious: Exhibit self-motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach. • Adaptability: Show flexibility and adaptability in navigating the dynamic and sometimes unpredictable nature of the real estate market. • Team Player: Work effectively within a team environment, contributing positively to the team culture and collaborating with colleagues for mutual success. • Continuous Learner: Display a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, engaging in training programs and staying informed about industry trends and changes. • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, paperwork, and transactions simultaneously. • Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges that may arise during real estate transactions. • Ethical Conduct: Adhere to ethical standards and conduct business in a manner consistent with industry regulations and legal requirements. • Driving License and Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits, client meetings, and other job-related activities.
