What We Provide (Support, Structure & Leverage) Our full-time support team provides the operational leverage that allows you to operate at a higher level. Support Includes: • Professional listing input and MLS compliance management • Dedicated listing coordination • Contract-to-close transaction management • Marketing execution and vendor coordination • Structured operational systems and oversight This infrastructure allows you to focus on revenue-generating activities, client relationships, and strategic growth—not administrative execution. CRM & Relationship Systems We provide a top-tier CRM platform supported by intentionally designed marketing campaigns and strategically timed client touchpoints to ensure relationships are nurtured consistently and professionally. • Structured database management • Relationship-driven follow-up systems • Automated and personalized marketing • Strategic annual client communication plan You maintain ownership of your database and client relationships. Our systems exist to strengthen and scale what you are building—not to replace it. Professional Growth • Annual education budget • Quarterly team events • Collaborative, high-performance culture • Strong brand positioning in the Richmond luxury and referral-based market Responsibilities: As an Experienced Real Estate Agent on The Wright Group, you will: • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Deliver a high-touch, white-glove buying and selling experience • Guide buyers and sellers through the full real estate process with professionalism and care • Host open houses consistently (including builder communities and resale listings) • Convert your database into repeat and referral business • Leverage structured systems to grow sustainably and intentionally Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For We are looking for experienced real estate professionals who are: • Licensed Virginia Real Estate Agents • Actively serving the Richmond, Virginia market • Closing 6+ transactions per year (minimum) • Relationship-driven and database-focused • Growth-minded and coachable • Committed to delivering elevated service • Seeking structure, leverage, and long-term scalability Compensation: $100,000 OTE
