Responsibilities: • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: • An active Florida real estate license is required • Must live in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Polk County • Available to come into the office for meetings and training • Self-motivated – you don’t need to be pushed, you need to be pointed • Coachable – open to feedback, systems, and a proven process, even if it’s different from how you’ve worked before. • Strong communication and follow-up habits – you understand that speed and consistency win deals • Ready to close business consistently, not just “get started” and see how it goes Compensation: $81,500 - $115,500+ 100% Commission
