Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships. • Participate in training sessions to master our proven sales systems and client service techniques. • Collaborate with experienced agents to gain hands-on experience and deepen market knowledge. • Utilize provided leads to focus on relationship-building and closing deals efficiently. • Communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service and ensure satisfaction. • Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients. • Contribute to team meetings and share insights to foster a collaborative environment for growth. Qualifications: • Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients. • Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals. • Willingness to engage in continuous learning and participate in training sessions to enhance skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. • Familiarity with real estate market trends and property values is a plus, but not required. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and client management is beneficial. Compensation: $85,000 - $185,000 yearly
