Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits. • Assist in the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. • Manage transaction paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately and on time. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge. • Utilize provided leads and systems to generate new business opportunities consistently and effectively. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly
