Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and market insights. • Participate in training sessions to master our proven prospecting and sales systems. • Utilize exclusive leads to build and maintain a robust client pipeline. • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract buyers. • Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients. • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients. • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and market trends. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting and learning from peers. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead management is a plus. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly
