Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License, • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing training and client interactions. • Proven track record of learning quickly and applying new skills in a dynamic environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to shared goals and strategies. • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and organization, such as CRM systems and email clients. Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly
